75 Heat the fender on the bend where its marked with the torch and when its cherry hot, lay a piece of pipe on the bend and smack it with a hammer.
Do the same on the opposite side. Now you have a nice dimple that will allow the fender to slide forward in the frame giving the proper tire clearance. |

Be sure to dimple enough to get a little frame to fender clearance as well. You dont want the fender touching the frame where it could rub off paint, but dont dimple so much that the dimple hits the tire either. |
