Thread in the bars
little by little. Don’t force
it. Just go a few threads
at a time until you are
tight.

I then drilled a new
hole for the
speedometer wires.

The customer (CJ) and I agreed it looked better mounted on the down side of the
bars instead of the top, so this was changed from the original design.

I reinstalled the controls, grips and

According to CJ, you would not believe it’s the same bike. These “Chubby” bars
from Wild 1 changed the whole feeling of the bike. They got rid of vibration and made
it a much more enjoyable bike to ride. Which bars you choose is up to you, but these
seem to be the hot ticket and worth the extra time it takes to install them.
Now get off the couch. Use the parts and supplier lists and order the parts. I’ve done all the work for you.
It’s time for you to build yourself a super nice ride of your own.

This bike can be built for under $25,000 if you don’t go overboard on the parts you choose. Use the ones from the list and you can be out riding before the end of the season.
Another point I’d like to bring up is resale value. You can ride a bike of this caliber for a year or two and still be able to sell it for more than you have invested.
